Your squat proof, breathable leggings should be hand washed in cold water. When washing, make sure that they’re turned inside out. Simply hang to dry.
Hustled in the gym and paired your sports bra with those leggings? Wash them the same way! Remember to be gentle.

Write this down if you MUST: swimsuits are to be HAND WASHED in cold water ONLY and laid flat and away from direct sunlight to dry.
