All of our orders are shipped from our Toronto warehouse
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link that will lead you directly to the order tracker. If you can’t find your shipping confirmation, please double check your spam and promotions folders.
What happens if I have not received my order, but tracking says delivered?
1. We will verify the shipping address with you.
- If the address is incorrect due to customer's mistake: We, unfortunately, will not be responsible for the lost package. We recommend you trying to retrieve the package from the incorrect address, or contact the shipping carrier to see what they can do for you.
- If the address is correct, we will file a ticket with the shipping carrier and resend you your package. You will need to assist the shipping carrier in the investigation of locating the package.
2. In some cases, the package will be returned to us due to incorrect addressing. We are not responsible for return shipping fee and you will be required to cover reshipping fee.

We ship most of the countries world wide.

South Africa, Brazil, Iran, Pakistan, Lebanon, Syria, Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, New Caledonia, Marquesas Islands.
My package is lost, what should I do?
Please email customer@vitaeapparel.com including your order number and we will assist you in locating your package
Will there be customs and duties?
For US & Canada orders, there will be no customs and duties.
For international orders - if your package has duties and taxes, your customs or shipping carrier will notify you. Unfortunately, these fees are out of our control and we will not be responsible for customs and duties.
The price of customs is completely varied from country to country, we are unable to advise you on the price. Please contact your local customs for more details.
If you refuse to pay customs, the package will be returned back to us. Once we have received the package back, we will deduct the related shipping cost and taxes from your return amount.
